Gin Parlour

Sloe Gin Sour recipe

  1. Add 50ml The Melodist Sloe Gin to a shaker
  2. Add 10–15ml lemon juice
  3. Add 10ml egg white
  4. Dry shake
  5. Add cubed ice and shake
  6. Serve in a rocks glass over ice
  7. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a Morello cherry
