Sloe Gin Sour recipe

Add 50ml The Melodist Sloe Gin to a shaker
Add 10–15ml lemon juice
Add 10ml egg white
Dry shake
Add cubed ice and shake
Serve in a rocks glass over ice
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a Morello cherry
