Red Snapper recipe

  1. Add a pinch of sea salt and a pinch of black pepper to a glass
  2. Add 10–15ml lemon juice
  3. Add 15ml Worcestershire sauce and stir
  4. Fill the glass with cubed ice
  5. Add 50ml The Melodist London Dry Gin
  6. 2–6 dashes of Tabasco sauce to your liking
  7. Top up with Tesco tomato juice
  8. Stir gently
  9. Top up with ice
  10. Garnish with a stick of celery, a wedge of lemon and an extra sprinkle of black pepper
