Gin Parlour

Red Snapper recipe
- Add a pinch of sea salt and a pinch of black pepper to a glass
- Add 10–15ml lemon juice
- Add 15ml Worcestershire sauce and stir
- Fill the glass with cubed ice
- Add 50ml The Melodist London Dry Gin
- 2–6 dashes of Tabasco sauce to your liking
- Top up with Tesco tomato juice
- Stir gently
- Top up with ice
- Garnish with a stick of celery, a wedge of lemon and an extra sprinkle of black pepper
