Midweek meals made easy
- Heat 1 tbsp. of oil and fry sliced chicken for 6-7 minutes, or until browned.
- Combine Schwartz WRAPIT smokehouse BBQ sachet contents with the 150ml of water & Gochujang (Korean chilli paste) & add to the pan. Allow to sizzle for a further 1-2 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, mix together the spring onions, 1 shredded carrot, ½ cucumber, 1 green apple & sliced handful chopped coriander to make a slaw.
- Pile everything into warm Mission wraps & sprinkle with sesame seeds & chillis if using.
- Roll up & enjoy!
