Spaghetti Bolognese
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and add the carrots, onion, celery and garlic. Cook on gentle heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly until the vegetables soften but do not brown.
2. Add the beef and cook until browned.
3. Add the tomato purée, herbs, chopped tomatoes, Knorr Stock Pot and 200ml water. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
4. Meanwhile cook the spaghetti according to the pack instructions.
5. Serve the spaghetti topped with the beef, sprinkle with parmesan and garnish with basil.
