Gin Parlour cocktails
- Add a pinch of sea salt and black pepper to a glass
- Add 10–15ml lemon juice
- Add 15ml Worcestershire sauce and stir
- Fill the glass with ice
- Add 50ml The Melodist London Dry Gin with 2–6 dashes of Tabasco sauce to your liking
- Top up with Tesco tomato juice and stir
- Top up with ice and garnish with a stick of celery, lemon wedge and an extra sprinkle of black pepper
