Gin Parlour cocktails

  1. Add a pinch of sea salt and black pepper to a glass
  2. Add 10–15ml lemon juice
  3. Add 15ml Worcestershire sauce and stir
  4. Fill the glass with ice
  5. Add 50ml The Melodist London Dry Gin with 2–6 dashes of Tabasco sauce to your liking
  6. Top up with Tesco tomato juice and stir
  7. Top up with ice and garnish with a stick of celery, lemon wedge and an extra sprinkle of black pepper
