Gin Parlour cocktails

  1. Add 50ml The Melodist Sloe Gin to a shaker
  2. Add 10–15ml lemon juice and 10ml egg white
  3. Dry shake
  4. Add ice and shake again
  5. Serve in a rocks glass over ice
  6. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a Morello cherry
