Kids' lunches

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok over a medium heat
  2. Add 1 crushed clove garlic, 150g diced turkey and ½ tsp chilli powder (if using)
  3. Stir-fry for 2 mins until the turkey is sealed on all sides and slightly golden
  4. Add 2 sliced peppers, 130g frozen corn and 1 tbsp Tesco Finest vegetable stock.
  5. Stir-fry for 4 mins, adding 1 tbsp water towards the end
  6. Meanwhile, heat the remaining stock in a saucepan with 125ml water
  7. Bring to the boil, add 2 noodle nests and simmer for 2 mins
  8. Divide the noodles and stir-fry between 4 mugs or bowls, then spoon over the stock
