- 80g blueberries
- ½ lemon, zest only
- 2 ginger biscuits, crumbled

- Toast the bagel halves until golden.
- Stir together the cream cheese and icing sugar until thick and smooth.
- Crush 50g of blueberries with a fork and stir through the thickened cream cheese with the lemon zest. Spread this on to each bagel half and top with the remaining blueberries. Finish with a sprinkle of the ginger biscuit crumbs.
