Checking product availability

Our <a href="https://www.tesco.com/store-locator/uk/" target="_self">store locator</a> is a useful tool which can show you the following information:

<li>Your nearest store or Tesco petrol station</li>
<li>Your nearest Tesco Pharmacy​</li>
<li>Store address​</li>
<li>Store opening hours​</li>
<li>Store facilities​</li>
<li>Facility opening hours</li>
</ul>
To find out about the facilities at a store near you, go to the <a href="https://www.tesco.com/store-locator/uk/" target="_self">store locator</a> page and enter your postcode/town/city. To search for specific facilities, use the 'Filter your search' options. Then select 'Search' and go to the store details you want to look at.

Information about our stores

To update any of your personal details, sign in to your Tesco Grocery &amp; Clubcard app or your Clubcard account online. To update your Clubcard address, go to ‘My account’ and select ‘Address book’.
To update other personal details, go to ‘My account’ and select ‘Personal details’.

My personal details

When you select ‘<a href="https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/slots/collection?icid=click_and_collect_faqs_book_a_slot" target="_self">Book a delivery slot</a>’, you’ll be shown available delivery and Click+Collect slots.
Select an available slot to book your delivery or Click+Collect date and time.
You can order your deliveries or Click+Collect up to 3 weeks in advance. Your slot will be held for 2 hours. If you need more time, you can extend this by a further 2 hours.

If any of our products fall below the high quality you’d expect, please bring them back to store within 30 days, together with your receipt, and we’ll happily refund or exchange the item.
If you're unhappy with the price of an item, we do our best to keep our prices down, but some increases are often out of our control. We always try and absorb any price increases for as long as possible before we have to pass them on to our customers.
We offer great value for money overall to help you spend less with our Low Everyday Prices, Clubcard Prices and Aldi Price Match. We also run regular promotions to give you savings on the items you buy the most.
