<p>You can sign in to your Clubcard account on the Tesco Grocery &amp; Clubcard app or at Tesco.com to manage your vouchers. The vouchers you haven’t used yet are listed first, with details of their expiry dates. You can also see the vouchers you have used, along with details of when and how you used them.</p>
<h4>Requesting Clubcard vouchers</h4>
<p>You can request to exchange your points into vouchers once a day in either your Tesco Grocery &amp; Clubcard app or on Tesco.com. You’ll need a minimum of 150 points to turn into vouchers. Requested vouchers will be valid for 2 years from the day you requested them. There’ll be an expiry date on each voucher.</p>
<p>When requesting, you’ll automatically stop receiving your statements by post. Instead, we’ll send them to your registered email address. To receive paper statements and vouchers again, please opt in for mailings by post.</p>
<p>Once you’ve requested vouchers, they should arrive straight away, so they can’t be cancelled.</p>
<p>If you’re a Clubcard Christmas Saver, you won’t be able to request vouchers. If you’re opted-in to Virgin Atlantic Flying Club, you can request your Clubcard points to be turned into Virgin Points between statements.</p>
<h4>Getting your vouchers by post</h4>
<p>If you receive a paper statement, you’ll get your vouchers by post in February, May, August and November.</p>

<p>You can find your vouchers in the ‘Vouchers’ section on the main page of the Clubcard section of the Tesco Grocery &amp; Clubcard app.</p>

<h4>How to check how many Clubcard vouchers you have left</h4>
<p>You can check how many vouchers you have in the Tesco Grocery &amp; Clubcard app. It’ll show you all the vouchers we’ve sent you in the last 2 years and the ones you still have left to spend. They’ll include online codes, so you can also spend them online, scan them directly from your phone or use them with our Reward Partners to get up to 2x their value.</p>

<p>We want to make it easier to work around your delivery. You can now get a clearer estimation of when your groceries will arrive. Simply sign in to the <a href="https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB" target="_self">groceries home page</a> ahead of your slot on delivery day, where regular updates will be available.</p>
<p>Delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control. Adverse weather conditions, unexpectedly heavy traffic or a mechanical issue with the delivery van can affect delivery times. We’ll call or text you about any delay as soon as we can.</p>
<p>Please note, visibility of this feature is dependent on your driver’s delivery route on the day of your delivery.</p>

Collecting your order and delivery issues

<p>If you're not happy with any of the products you've received in your delivery or Click+Collect order, you can hand the product back to your delivery driver or Click+Collect colleague. We'll arrange a refund to your payment card.</p>
<p>If you want to return a product after your delivery or Click+Collect time, you can return it to any of our Tesco Extras or Tesco Superstores. Please bring your delivery note or confirmation email to receive a refund or replacement.</p>
<p>Our pickers and packers do their best to choose the freshest products with the longest expiry dates for you. If you're not happy with the quality of your fresh food or flowers, our Freshness Guarantee means you can hand it back to your delivery driver or Click+Collect colleague to receive a refund.</p>
<p>Please note, we don't accept returns for chilled and frozen products if you've changed your mind after your delivery or Click+Collect time. But you can return other perishable food products if they're returned within their 'use by' or 'best before' date.</p>
<p><span>We also can't accept returns for some products after your delivery or Click+Collect time due to health and hygiene, like toothbrushes.</span></p>
<p>If you've received a Whoosh delivery (only available in selected locations), you can't hand your unwanted products back to your delivery driver. Please accept the delivery and call us on <a href="tel:08003234040" target="_self" rel="undefined">0800 323 4040</a> to arrange a refund.</p>
