 - Add 50ml honeyed Drambuie, then tilt the glass slightly and gently pour in 25ml cooled espresso, ensuring it touches one of the ice pieces first to give a layered effect.
 - For the garnish (optional): place 1 mint sprig on kitchen paper, spray generously with edible gold glitter and allow to dry.
