Christmas cocktail recipes

Slice a small apple widthways and remove the seeds. Halve 2 of the slices and stud each half with 1 clove.
In a small pan, put 150ml The Deveron Whisky, 125ml cloudy apple juice, 125ml water, 1 tablespoon clear honey, 4 cinnamon sticks, the juice from 1 lemon and the remaining apple slices.
Stir over a low heat until just simmering, then serve.
