Ben's Original One Pan Creations
- Dice and brown your choice of protein in a pan.
- If adding potato, dice and parboil. Then add your potato to the pan with your sliced onion and veggies of your choice, until cooked through.
- Squeeze the pouch to separate the rice, open and add to the pan. Add 10ml of water and stir until the water is almost gone.
- Check the protein is cooked through, then garnish with a little chopped coriander to finish (optional) - enjoy.
