Ben's Original One Pan Creations

  1. Dice and brown your choice of protein in a pan.
  2. If adding potato, dice and parboil. Then add your potato to the pan with your sliced onion and veggies of your choice, until cooked through.
  3. Squeeze the pouch to separate the rice, open and add to the pan. Add 10ml of water and stir until the water is almost gone.
  4. Check the protein is cooked through, then garnish with a little chopped coriander to finish (optional) - enjoy.
