Tuna with a chilli and caper marinade recipe

Ingredients
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1tbsp small capers
- 2tbsp fresh, chopped parsley
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 2tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 x 125g (4oz) tuna steaks
- steamed fine green beans, to serve
- crispy potatoes, to serve

Method
- Mix the chilli, garlic, capers, parsley, lemon juice and oil in a small bowl.Put the tuna in a shallow dish and toss well with the marinade. Season and then chill for 1 hour.
- Heat the barbecueand grill the fish on direct heat for 2-3 minutes each side, depending on the thickness of your fish. Serve with green beans and crispy potatoes, if you like.
