Tandoori chicken naan recipe

Baked tandoori chicken makes a great midweek meal or a tasty fakeaway. We've used a flavour kit to pack in all the aromatic spices, keeping prep quick and simple. Pile the spiced chicken and veg on to warm naans, or serve with rice if you prefer. Ready in no time, it's an easy dinner for two that still feels like a treat.

- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 large chicken breast, diced
- 100g Greek-style yogurt
- 1 pack Tesco Tandoori Chicken Naan Flavour Kit
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 naans
- mango chutney (optional)
- fresh coriander (optional)

- Preheat the oven to gas 5, 190°C, fan 170°C.
- Mix the onion, pepper, chicken and half the yogurt with the seasoning paste and powder from the flavour kit.
- Add a small amount of oil to a baking tray, then add the seasoned ingredients in a single layer and bake for 20 mins.
- Remove the tray from the oven and place the naans on top. Put back into the oven for 5 mins or until the chicken is cooked through.
- To serve, top the naans with the remaining yogurt and the chicken, onion and pepper. To finish, add mango chutney and fresh coriander, if you like.
