Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • ¼ tsp wasabi
  • 20 cucumber slices
  • 1 x 100g pack smoked salmon
  • sushi ginger
  • sesame seeds

Method

  1. Mix the crème fraîche and wasabi; add 1 tsp to each of 20 cucumber slices.
  2. Cut the smoked salmon slices into 20 strips and arrange one strip over each wasabi-topped cucumber slice.Top with a piece of sushi ginger; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
