Stir-fried greens with garlic chips and chilli

This super speedy side takes just 10 minutes to rustle up and makes the most of crisp kale and fresh greens. Simply stir-fry with garlic and chilli for a vegan-friendly side dish that's full of satisfying textures.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • pinch dried chilli flakes
  • 1 x 160g pack black kale, sliced
  • 1 x 200g pack fresh greens, sliced

Method

  1. Put the oil, garlic and chilli flakes in a large wok or deep pan. Warm over a medium heat, until the garlic starts to fizz, but don’t allow it to colour.
  2. Add the kale and greens, then increase the heat to high. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then add 2 tbsp water and cook for a further minute, until the greens are slightly wilted and the water has evaporated. Add a little seasoning and serve immediately.
