Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 1 tsp garlic & ginger paste
  • 3 tbsp reduced-salt soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil​

Method

  1. Add the honey, garlic & ginger paste, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and 2 tbsp water to a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid. Screw on the lid and shake vigorously to mix.
  2. Taste and adjust to your preference – add more honey if you like it sweeter or soy sauce if it needs more salt.
  • Tip: You could use this recipe as a sauce for a stir-fry, letting the dressing reduce over a low heat until sweet and sticky.
