Ingredients

  • 100g caster sugar
  • 100ml water
  • 3 rosemary sprigs, plus extra to garnish
  • 300ml Tesco Finest Melodist London Dry Gin
  • 500ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 200ml Indian tonic water
  • Red grapefruit slices, to garnish

Method

  1. Put the caster sugar in a small pan with the water and 3 rosemary sprigs over a medium heat. Stir well, then bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and set aside to infuse and cool completely.
  2. Transfer to a large jug half-filled with ice. Stir in the gin, pink grapefruit juice and Indian tonic water. Garnish with red grapefruit slices and rosemary sprigs to serve.
