    Ingredients

    • handful raspberries
    • 40ml Gordon’s Gin
    • 25ml Tesco Finest Triple Sec
    • 20ml lemon juice

    Method

    1. Put a small handful of British raspberries into a cocktail shaker and crush using a muddler or long spoon.
    2. Pour in the gin, then add the Triple Sec and lemon juice. Give everything a good shake, then strain the liquid into a martini glass.
    3. Garnish with some finely cut lemon peel, or an extra raspberry if you like, and serve.
