Limoncello sherbet spritz recipe

Created by The Tesco Recipes team
‘You’d be forgiven for thinking Limoncello was just for sipping at the end of an Italian meal but, as with lots of our nostalgic favourites, it’s making a serious comeback', explains deputy food editor of Tesco magazine Bryony Bowie. 'Here, a sherbet rim gives an extra fizz of flavour and a nod to favourite childhood sweets.’ A delightfully zingy Limoncello spritz to sip in the sunshine or to remind you of summer!
