'Glast-home-berry' banana split

Recreate that carefree festival feeling at home with this 'Glast-home-berry' banana split recipe.     Ingredients

    • 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled and halved lengthways
    • real dairy spray cream
    • 6 scoops strawberry ice cream
    • 50g strawberries, stalks removed and quartered
    • 2 tbsp strawberry sauce
    • 1 tbsp sprinkles
    • 4 glacé cherries

    Method

    1. Put the bananas into 2 dishes. Scoop three balls of ice cream onto each banana split. Top each with the cream, then scatter with strawberries.
    2. Squeeze over the strawberry sauce, add the sprinkles and finish with glace cherries. Serve straight away.
