- 80g triple chocolate ice cream
- 30ml coffee liqueur
- 20ml vodka
- 30ml Irish cream liqueur
- 140ml skimmed milk
- Dark chocolate, for grating
- mint sprig, to garnish

Method
- Chill a highball glass in the freezer. Take the triple chocolate ice cream out of the freezer for 10 mins to soften.
- Put the ice cream in a blender with the coffee liqueur, vodka, Irish cream liqueur and skimmed milk, and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into the chilled glass, grate over a little dark chocolate and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve immediately.
- Add a sprinkling of popping candy for a fun garnish idea.
- Top tip: If you don’t have a blender, leave the ice cream out for 15 mins until soft, then mix with a whisk until smooth.
