  • 3 small scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 50ml Irish cream liqueur
  • 50ml low-calorie ginger ale
  • Dairy spray cream, to serve
  • 1 cocktail cherry (optional)
  • 1 crushed Humbug sweet (or 10g crushed candy canes), optional, to decorate

Method
