Chipolatas with plum jam and sesame seeds recipe

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp plum jam
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 x packs 12 Tesco Finest British Cumberland chipolatas
- 40g (1 1/2oz) sesame seeds

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C.
- Gently warm the plum jam in a small saucepan over a low-medium heat until it becomes a loose consistency. Stir in the oil.
- Separate the sausages and toss in the jam mixture, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Season with a little salt and pepper and put in a large roasting tin. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until browned and cooked through. Serve immediately.
