    Ingredients

    • 4 tbsp plum jam
    • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
    • 2 x packs 12 Tesco Finest British Cumberland chipolatas
    • 40g (1 1/2oz) sesame seeds

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C.
    2. Gently warm the plum jam in a small saucepan over a low-medium heat until it becomes a loose consistency. Stir in the oil.
    3. Separate the sausages and toss in the jam mixture, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    4. Season with a little salt and pepper and put in a large roasting tin. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until browned and cooked through. Serve immediately.
