Ingredients
- 50g popcorn kernels
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 25g Italian hard cheese, finely grated

Method
- In a medium, heavy-based, nonstick lidded pan, toss the popcorn kernels with 1 tsp oil. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and place over a medium heat. Leave to pop for 3-5 mins, gently shaking the pan now and then. When the popping has slowed to 3 secs between pops, remove from the heat.
- Tip into a large bowl and sprinkle with the paprika, cheese, and the remaining oil. Toss to coat.
- Tip: The popcorn will keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days in a cool, dry place.
