- 2 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sweetheart cabbage
- 1 red onion, finely sliced
- 1 carrot, coarsely grated
- 5g fresh mint leaves, sliced

- Toast the nigella seeds for 1 min in a frying pan until fragrant. Tip into a mixing bowl.
- Add the mango chutney, lemon juice and olive oil and whisk to make a dressing; season to taste.
Finely shred the sweetheart cabbage, discarding the tatty outer leaves and any tough stalk, and add to the bowl. Add the red onion, carrot and mint.
- Toss, scrunching with your hands until the veg is coated in the dressing. Serve with the fishcakes, if you like.
