Fiery ginger whisky highball
- Combine 50ml Johnnie Walker Black Label whisky, 1 teaspoon grated ginger and 25ml lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top up with 150ml ginger ale. Garnish with a thin slice of fresh ginger and a lime wedge to serve.
