Our colourful extra large sari fabric photo albums are the perfect place to keep your most treasured moments. Each one is filled with 30 pages of handmade khadda paper, acid-free and interleaved with tissue paper to protect and preserve your memories. The album can hold up to 240 6×4″ photos. Expertly crafted using both contemporary and traditional methods, each one is bound by hand and sturdy enough to keep all your most treasured memories safe. The sari material comes from Varanasi, one of the most religious cities in the world and a centre of excellence for sari making.The pages are created from khadda paper (also known as kaddi or khaddi). This material is crafted by hand from recycled cotton, salvaged from the huge waste of the Indian garment industry. Only unbleached cotton is used, ensuring the paper is acid-free. Lightly textured and luxuriously thick, it feels beautiful to write, draw, or paint on. While it’s perfect for ball-point pens, gel pens, or watercolours, we wouldn’t recommend it for use with fountain pens.Approx. dimensions: 33.5 × 27 cm
