Khalessi's swamp monster’s crunchy eyeball jelly is lots of fun to make and eat! Our winning recipe starts with making up your jelly and leaving it to set, then stirring through some chopped fruit and veg for a refreshing snack or dessert. Short on time? Try using ready-made jelly pots.

- approximately 100g serving of made-up green jelly e.g. lemon & lime
- ½ kiwi, peeled and chopped into small pieces
- 1 tbsp blueberries, squashed with your finger
- 15g cucumber, finely diced

- Get a grown up to help you make up the green jelly according to the packet instructions (boiling water is needed) and pour into a large bowl or cup (one packet of jelly usually makes 4-5 servings).
- Leave in the fridge until the jelly is fully set.
- Stir through the chopped kiwi, blueberries and cucumber so they are spread throughout the jelly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh, cooling and fruity swamp monster jelly pond!
- Tip: Feel free to get creative and mix up the fruit and veg. You could even change the flavour of the jelly to whichever is your favourite.
