Simple noodle stir fry recipe

Kids will love this quick, classic stir fry recipe. It has nice simple flavours and is quick to prepare, perfect for a speedy lunch.

Ingredients
- 1 pork loin steak, excess fat trimmed and cut into 1cm strips
- 2 tbsp reduced-salt soy sauce
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- ½ 320g pack pepper stir-fry mix
- 300g pack fresh egg noodles

Method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok over a high heat. Add the pork and fry for 5-6 mins until opaque and cooked throughout. Add the soy sauce.
- Add the stir-fry mix and noodles to the pan, toss to combine and cook for 5 mins until piping hot.
