Jemima’s rainbow fruit power cups recipe

Jemima's fruit and yogurt cups are simple to make and fun to eat. ‘I wanted to make a rainbow snack with loads of fruit and veg. The great thing about these cups is you can put in whatever fruit you like!', says Jemima. Ready in just 10 minutes, they make a super snack or dessert.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp 0% fat natural Greek-style yogurt
- 1 strawberry, cut into 5mm chunks
- ¼ small orange or ½ easy peeler, segmented and cut into 5mm chunks
- 3 green grapes, quartered lengthways
- 25g melon, skin and seeds discarded and cut into 5mm chunks
- ¼ small banana, cut into 5mm thick slices
- 5 blueberries, quartered

- Spoon a third of the yogurt into the base of a glass or bowl. Top with layers of the strawberries and orange, then spoon over another third of the yogurt and top with the grapes and melon. Finally, spoon over the remaining yogurt and garnish with the bananas and blueberries.
- The power cups are best enjoyed right away but will keep in the fridge for up to 2 hrs.
- Tip: To make more servings, simply multiply the recipe to the number you want.
- Safety information: Get an adult to help you chop the fruit and make sure you keep your fingertips tucked under when holding the fruit. Give the fruit a good wash before you start chopping.
