Pickle martini recipe

Pickle martini

Created by The Tesco Recipes team

'If you’re partial to a slice of cucumber in your G&T or a salty Bloody Mary, then you’ll love this umami-rich drink', explains head of food for Tesco magazine Elli Donajgrodzki. Elli's twist on the Dirty martini, swaps the classic olive garnish with a cornichon, plus a dash of brine to create a Pickle martini recipe that really packs a punch. Give it a try!
