Coffee and coconut milkshake recipe

A frozen milkshake is the perfect summer treat and this coconut and coffee version with a hit of caffeine, will give you an energy boost too.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp demerara sugar
- 4 shots espresso coffee
- 400ml milk
- 300ml coconut yogurt
- 1 frozen chopped banana
- mini marshmallows, to decorate
- chocolate curls, to decorate

Method
- Dissolve demerara sugar in the shots of espresso coffee; leave to cool. In a blender, whizz the milk, coconut yogurt and banana, until thick and smooth.
- Pour into glasses, then drizzle over the coffee mixture and stir to combine. Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate curls.
