Banana curry recipe

Banana curry

Created by The Tesco Recipes team

A banana curry may seem like an odd combination, but give this fruity recipe a try - the sweetness of the banana, apple and sultanas is balanced out by the spice from the curry powder, with a little crunchy texture added with cashew nuts. A sprinkling of fresh coriander finishes off this curry to perfection.
