What is Whoosh?

Whoosh is a new superfast delivery service – we’ll deliver from our store to your door within 60 minutes. Choose from a range of our most popular 1,700 products, including fresh food, everyday and baby essentials, household products, and much more.

How do I sign up for Whoosh?

If you have a tesco.com account, and Whoosh is available in your area, then you're ready to order. If you don't have a tesco.com account, just sign up below.

Will I collect Clubcard points on my Whoosh order?

Yes, you’ll collect Clubcard points on all the products in your Whoosh order. For every £1 spent, you'll get 1 Clubcard point. You won't collect Clubcard points on delivery or minimum order value charges.

What is the item limit for Whoosh deliveries?

There isn’t a limit on the number of items, as it’s based on the weight and size of products. We’ll automatically check your basket as you shop and let you know if you need to remove anything.

What are the Whoosh delivery options?

We aim to deliver from our store to your door within 60 minutes of you placing an order. To find delivery times and slots available in your area, please visit the book a slot page. Only home delivery is available with Whoosh at the moment.

What happens if there's bad weather?

At times, we may need to suspend the Whoosh service if there are adverse weather conditions. This is to keep our delivery colleagues safe.
