There are different ways to Click+Collect your groceries at Tesco, depending on the location.
Colleague-ready locations
At some of our collection points, one of our colleagues will be waiting for you to arrive. They'll be ready to help you with your grocery pick-up.
Check-in locations
You'll need a smartphone to use our check-in locations. Once you've arrived, follow the signs to get to the collection point. Click the 'I'm here' button on your app or scan the QR code to let us know you're ready – the signs will explain how. Then, we'll bring your shopping to you.

How does Click+Collect work?
It's easy to click and collect your groceries. Simply book a collection slot online for your chosen time and location, and your groceries will be waiting for you. Until you arrive, your shopping will be stored in temperature-controlled area to keep it fresh. Once you've collected it, we'll ask you to sign a delivery note and we'll give you a printed receipt.
Is Tesco Click+Collect free?
You can click and collect your shop from 25p for next-day collection slots. Our Click+Collect slots are free for Delivery Saver customers**. Same-day collection slots are available for up to £2.
Can I click and collect my order, same-day?
Yes, we have same-day Click+Collect slots available. If you book a slot before 12pm, your order will be ready to collect after 4pm.
What happens if I'm late for my collection slot?
Let us know you'll be late for your Click+Collect slot, if you can. We’ll hold onto your shopping and try to help you when you arrive.†
