Preparation and Usage
Beef & Black Bean Stir Fry
Serves 2
Cooking time: 5-6 minutes
Method: Hob
Ingredients: 1 Tesco Free From Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce; 200g beef steak, sliced 1/2cm thick; 1 red pepper, de-seeded and sliced; 1 green pepper de-seeded and sliced; 1 small onion, sliced; 250g cooked rice.
Method:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over a high heat.
2. Add the onion and beef and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the onions are starting to soften and the beef is thoroughly cooked.
3. Add the peppers and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
4. Add 1 pack of Tesco Free From Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce and stir fry for a further 1 minute.
To serve: Pour over cooked rice.
Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
