INGREDIENTS: Water, Sugar, Black Turtle Beans (7%), White Onion, Maize Starch, Salt, Garlic Powder, Rapeseed Oil, Chilli Powder, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Cider Vinegar, Cane Molasses, Ginger, Dried Glucose Syrup, Flavouring, Yeast Extract, Maltodextrin, Onion Powder, Sunflower Oil, Carrot Juice Powder, Tomato Powder, Rosemary Extract.

Preparation and Usage
Black Bean Stir Fry:
Serves 2
Cooking Time: 5-6 minutes.
Method: Hob.
Ingredients:
200g beef steak, sliced 1/2cm thick;1 red pepper, de-seeded and sliced; 1 green pepper, de-seeded and sliced; 1 small onion, sliced.
Method:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over a high heat.
2. Add the onion and beef and stir - fry for 2 - 3 minutes until the onions are starting to soften and the beef is thoroughly cooked.
3. Add the peppers and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
4. Add the sauce and stir fry for a further minute.
5. Serve with rice.
