What is Delivery Saver?
Delivery Saver is our subscription based grocery delivery service. By signing up to a plan and paying upfront or in monthly installments you can save on your grocery deliveries.
A Delivery Saver plan will enable you to receive up to one grocery delivery a day (on the days your plan is valid), without paying delivery charges – the more you shop the more you save. A minimum order cost of £40 per order applies.
How do I sign up?
Simply go to www.tesco.com/deliverysaver, select the plan that suits you most and click to purchase. Once you've signed up you can place orders immediately without paying an additional delivery charge (subject to a minimum order value of £40).
How much could I save?
The amount you save depends on the plan you choose, how often you shop and the cost that you usually pay for delivery – See the individual plan details for more information on the savings you can make.
How many deliveries can I have?
You can have one delivery per day on the days your plan is valid. If you choose a midweek plan, your plan will be valid Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. You can still have deliveries on other days of the week and standard charges will apply.
Are the delivery slots limited?
We have two types of plan that you can choose from. Anytime plans are valid 7 days a week and midweek plans are valid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday.
All available delivery slots are open to you on the days your plan is valid, regardless of cost.
If you are on a Midweek Delivery Saver plan you can still shop on other days of the week but the normal delivery charge will apply.
Is there a minimum spend?
A minimum order value of just £40 is required which makes Delivery Saver perfect for top up shops too. When you check out your order the value of your goods must be £40 or more. If substitutions are made or products are unavailable when your order is delivered and your order falls below £40 you will not be charged for delivery.

Can I cancel my membership to Tesco Delivery Saver?
You can cancel your plan at any time by calling our customer services team on 0845 722 5533.
We will refund your membership fee if you cancel within 7 days and have not received any Delivery Saver deliveries.
Will my Delivery Saver membership automatically renew?
Your Delivery Saver plan will be automatically renewed on a rolling monthly, 3-monthly or 6-monthly basis (depending on the plan you choose) unless you notify us that you wish to cancel. We will send you a renewal reminder 7 days before your renewal payment is taken and you can stop the renewal at any time by calling customer services on 0845 722 5533.
Once I sign up, how quickly can I start using Delivery Saver?
Once you've signed up you can place orders immediately without paying an additional delivery charge.If you have already placed an order prior to signing up that is yet to be delivered simply change the delivery slot to activate your Delivery Saver plan and remove the delivery charge.
How will I be billed?
Your Delivery Saver plan will be charged to the payment card you have provided and the amount taken will depend on the plan and payment option you have opted for. At the end of the period your plan will be automatically renewed unless you cancel it and payment will be taken on or around the renewal date.
Does Delivery Saver apply to Click & Collect orders?
Delivery Saver does not apply to Click and Collect and a service charge will still apply to orders.
Will I earn Clubcard points when I sign up to Delivery Saver?
Yes, you will earn Clubcard points when you purchase your Delivery Saver plan.
Does Delivery Saver cover Christmas deliveries (20th – 24th December)?
As a Delivery Saver customer you are entitled to priority access to Christmas slots. You are limited to one delivery between 20th – 24th December. Additional deliveries during this period will be subject to a service charge.
If you are signed up to a Midweek Delivery Saver plan you will still receive priority access to Christmas slots but your plan is valid on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only and you will be charged a delivery charge for orders delivered outside of these days.
Priority access will become available in the last week of November and we will notify Delivery Saver customers to tell them when slots can be booked.
Can I use Delivery Saver for deliveries to multiple addresses?
Delivery Saver applies to one customer account and is not transferable. Tesco.com reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses or orders that we consider are for commercial or other non-domestic concerns. Whilst we welcome customers using Delivery Saver to arrange for delivery of grocery products for appropriate alternative addresses (where, for example, if you are going on holiday in the UK), we will suspend service where we feel that use of the service is not fair and reasonable.
We reserve the right to request proof that you are associated to your delivery address, i.e., the address is a temporary or permanent home or work address, and not the address of a friend or relative.
Can I change to a different Delivery Saver plan?
If you change your mind you can switch to any Delivery Saver plan right up until your next payment is taken. All you have to do is visit the
'My Plan' page and select the option to 'Change your plan'. Your existing plan will remain active until the renewal date. At this point the plan you have chosen to change to will come in to effect.
Please note if you choose to change plans but subsequently cancel your existing plan this will also cancel the plan you have chosen to switch to.
