Cathy’s ‘it gets easier’ mushroom stew

Cathy’s next-door neighbours have just brought home their newborn baby, who cries a lot, as babies do. Cathy can hear her through the walls! Listening to a crying newborn isn’t easy, especially for the parents. There’s only one thing for it. Cathy gets out her casserole dish and begins cooking her wild mushroom stew, made with Tesco Finest shiitake mushrooms, fluffy dumplings and carefully caramelised seasonal veg. The perfect heart-warming dish that makes everything a bit easier for her sleep-deprived next-door neighbours.
