Preparation and Usage

Ready in 3 simple steps1 Add 600g of your chosen protein or veg to a bowl. Pierce protein all over with a fork.2 Pour all the contents of pouch over the protein or veg, cover and leave in the fridge to marinate for 30 mins.3 Cook in air fryer at 190°C for 10-15 mins or pre-heated oven at 190°C for 15-20 mins until cooked through.Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.As appliances may vary, these are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwave use.Top tips:- For best results marinate for 24 hours.- When using grill or BBQ, hold back approx 1/4 pouch and baste with brush throughout cooking.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Not suitable for freezing.
