Preparation and Usage

Instructions for use: Works on all types of hob including.Care and use: Before using your pans for the first time, wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. When cooking, we recommend filling the pan to only two thirds of its capacity and using a medium heat setting, as this will prolong the life of the pan. Make sure the heat source is a suitable size - don't let flames extend beyond the base of the pan, or handles extend over the heat source. Use nylon-ended or wooden utensils, to keep all finishes looking their best. Do not dry cook, pre-heat empty pans or allow the pan to boil dry. Always lift the pan rather than sliding or dragging it, as this may damage the base of the pan and some hob surfaces. To clean, leave pans to soak before removing stubborn food residue, but let them cool first. Don't put a hot pan in cold water, as this may cause warping. Do not use scouring pads or abrasive cleaners as this may damage the surface of the pans. Dishwasher safe; however, hand washing is recommended to extend product life. Hold lid securely while pouring to prevent it from slipping. Please keep this packaging for reference.
