Preparation and Usage

Rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking.

Instructions: PAN FRY 4 minsPre-heat 2 tsps. (10ml) of oil in a frying pan.Season lamb with a salt and black pepper and place in the pan.Seal on a high heat for 1 minute each side. Add a knob of butter while cooking and seal the remaining 4 edges for 30 seconds each side.Transfer the lamb into on baking tray, pour over any pan juices and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven.OVEN 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 514 mins (medium)23 mins (well done)Remove from the oven.Cover with foil and rest for 2 minutes.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
