The Easy Leather Restoration Kit lets you thoroughly clean your leather, removing surface dirt, grease and grime, and then bring its colour back to life.Leather Ultra Clean is a gentle yet capable cleaner that copes with even the most stubborn marks. Worked in with a sponge to create a foaming action, it reaches into the grain and lifts dirt out with ease.Leather Re-Colouring Balm renews the colour and appearance of leather items both old and new, with 21 shades available from dark through to light. It is excellent for re-colouring areas faded by sunlight or direct heat, and ideal for disguising cat scratches and refreshing dried-out or faded patches. Because the balm soaks into the leather, it will not rub off onto clothing.The kit also includes a sponge for gently cleaning the leather and a soft cloth for applying the balm.A couple of points to bear in mind: on scratches, the balm only works where the scratch has turned lighter than the surrounding leather; if it is darker, a complete leather repair will be required. For lighter patches, the balm only works if it can soak into the leather, which you can test by placing a tiny drop of water on the damaged area to see whether it absorbs.
