Angelus Neon Leather Paint 1oz/29.5ml is a professional-grade, water-based acrylic that creates an intensely vibrant, high-visibility fluorescent finish that reacts dramatically under UV or black light. Engineered for maximum flexibility, this paint adheres permanently to leather, vinyl, and canvas without cracking. For the full neon effect, a base coat of Angelus White is essential to achieve uniform opacity and brightness. For best results, apply the white base coat first, then apply 3-4 thin coats of the neon colour, allowing each to dry fully before the next application. Protect and seal your paint with Angelus finishers.
