The Exitex Macclex 15/2 Thermal Break Door Threshold Cill Draught Excluder provides durable, long-lasting protection against draughts, rain and dust, helping to keep your home warm, dry and energy efficient. The built-in thermal break technology separates the internal and external metal sections with an insulating barrier. This reduces heat loss, improves energy efficiency and prevents condensation forming indoors – a major advantage over standard metal thresholds. Practical and versatile, the Macclex 15/2 is Part M compliant for wheelchair access and suitable for both residential and commercial properties. It requires a 13mm under-door clearance for correct installation and can also be fitted with double doors. Constructed from durable corrosion resistant aluminium, the threshold is built for long-lasting performance. Supplied in a 914mm (36") length, it fits doors up to 44mm thick and can be easily trimmed to size for a perfect fit. Each pack includes the aluminium bar, 4 screws, 4 plugs and full installation instructions, so you can achieve a professional finish with ease.
