East London Liquor Co. - Rye Chardonnay Single Cask Whisky

A single barrel of perfect London Rye, no added touches, no blending, no dilution. The same mash bill as always of 55% Norfolk Rye and 45% Marris Otter barley, brewed in November of 2018 where only saison yeasts were being used for the mild temperatures in the distillery.

Rested for 4 and a half years in a 2nd fill Burgundy Chardonnay barrel.
