Description

Seeds Unwins wheatgrass sprouting seeds (400 seeds) are easy to grow and suitable for small-space growing in pots, window boxes or on a sunny windowsill. Sow year-round; covering the soil with a horticultural fleece can help retain heat and speed germination. Harvest shoots at around 2 cm (1 in) as green leaves appear, then rinse and use fresh in salads, sandwiches or stir-fries, or juice the leaves for a nutrient-rich drink.
