Description

Marshalls Garden Cabbage Seeds — Spring Greens Verve F1 (30 seeds). This compact, slow-to-heart variety produces tender dark-green leaves with a mild, sweet flavour and forms heads around 400–500 g (1 lb). It offers good disease resistance and can be harvested throughout much of the year. Sow one seed per module in fine, moist compost, keep warm and bright, transplant after true leaves appear and harden off for 7–14 days. Plant out or sow outdoors 1 cm deep, spacing plants and rows 45 cm apart in nutrient-rich, well-drained soil with full sun; keep evenly watered and protect from caterpillars, root fly and birds.
