Description

Marshalls Garden Cabbage Seeds 'Felicity' F1 produce Japanese-type flat cabbage heads of around 1 kg with a lovely flavour and texture, excellent both raw and cooked. Sow indoors thinly, 1 cm deep in clean trays or modules of firm, pre-watered compost; keep at 10–15°C and consistently moist. When large enough, transplant seedlings 5 cm apart into pots before hardening off for 2–3 weeks and planting out. Sow outdoors thinly in a shallow, pre-watered row, cover lightly and keep moist, then thin to 2 cm; transplant when seedlings have about four true leaves, firm in and water well. Avoid planting in the same soil as other Brassicas from the previous year and protect plants with netting or fleece to deter birds and insects. Pack contains 20 seeds.
